Let's Introduce Ourselves!

Shadow was the first to find this girl in the bean field. He is lucky that she did not bite him on the nose when he got up close and personal with her.
As a Snapping Turtle, she certainly could have made him yelp!
I made him back off and leave her alone (right after taking this shot, of course!!)

I didn't notice your dog in the photo at first because I was looking at the details of the turtle. It is quite prehistoric looking, isn't it.
