This forlorn restaurant is actually for sale by the owner. The location is ideal for any business - and with proper promotion and business sense, I am sure a new one would thrive.
Well, it needs an awful lot of work. That has to be the reason no one has purchased it. We have several restaurant locations that folks buy, remodel, open and close usually within a year. It seems some locations just aren’t ideal for restaurants.
An eerie look with those threatening clouds in the background. The color of the light (does light have color?) is one we would see and be aware of because tornadoes come up in situations like this. I like the variety of patterns and building materials on this building.
