My second attempt at exposure compensation and producing an HDR image.
@kali66 My second attempt Kali - I'm sure you can spot the bit I played with! It's getting easier:) Felicity

This all sounds quite technical - it must be worth it - it produced a lovely image - especially that reflection. :)

Beautiful photo. Would not have realised how much work went into it if you hadn't explained it all.

I'm assuming we are not just talking about selecting the HDR function in photoshop? I like your results, but cant say I understand the process.

@helenhall I didn't know Photoshop had an HDR function Helen! I've only got PSE 11. Basically Kali got me to experiment with my exposure compensation button and because my camera doesn't bracket automatically, I had to learn how to use Photomerge and Exposure sliders. You can use up to 10 images to produce the final picture but being very new to the process I stuck at 2, one quite dark and the other quite light. Great fun but a big learning curve. Hope this helps!

@helenhall I've just Googled HDR and PSE 11 and yes, you can do it! That's a job for next week I think so thanks for that:)

Well done on mastering all these techniques, sounds like a steep learning curve but worth it when you get results like this!
