My Get Pushed Challenge this week was from Adi, and it was water drop refractions.
I've played intermittently most of the week with this as I love this sort of thing, but I guess my standards have gone up as I wasn't too keen on any of my efforts.
Now I'm going to shoot myself in the foot - this was taken on my mobile. I downloaded a DSLR 4x Zoom app a few weeks back and discovered it's really rather good at macros. So if anyone wants to have a go and hasn't tried it, it's really not as complicated as you think at all:) Any street cred I may have had has now well and truly gone!
Ooo, so good, I got this app after you mentioned it before, blimey it's good, my phone battery isn't though and it shuts down every time I've used it! Don't worry about your street cred, I'm not going to tell anyone :))
Wow this looks amazing and on a phone too. I am very impressed. It is something I would like to do one day when I get some free time. Is this just water or glycerine? fav
@onewing Just water, Babs. The most frustrating bit is when you spray the petals, a huge droplet forms, you reach for the camera to find the drop has now dropped off!
