Rue de Rivoli arcades by fishers

Rue de Rivoli arcades

We've had an awful lot of rain in Paris over the past week, so today's mission was to find somewhere dry. This shopping arcade on Rue de Rivoli stretches for quite a long way, and has the English bookshop WH Smiths in it (you can just see it on the right). Rue de Rivoli was created by Napoleon Bonaparte, but continued and extended by Charles X, Louis Philippe, and Napoleon III making it one of the longest streets in Paris. - Lucy
Nicely done. Like that lines in this... they take you right into the shot.

Doesn't look Parisian somehow, with WH Smith in there - but a good composition.
