Gardening in all weathers

The weather has been driving me MAD the last month or two, by this time of year my garden is usually full of sprouting bean-shoots, galloping cucurbit seedlings and greens galore, but its been raining non-stop so the beds are too sodden to dig and any seedlings daring to pop their heads up get drowned in the deluge or swamped by rampant weeds. To top it off when I took this shot it hailed!

I thiink the watering can is a bit unnecessary but the umbrella and boots may be vital! I'm glad I looking at this picture and not being in it!
