The prevalence of peanut allergies is so great that we kept our house peanut free for years - i was afraid my kids might be allergic... and even if they weren't, peanuts were forbidden at school and daycare... so... almond butter!

Nice one!! My eldest shovelled in peanut butter & Nutella by the spoonfull after school, she now carries an EpiPen she's so allergic to ALL nuts in adulthood. (I'm sure I would have noticed if she'd collapsed?!)
