my future self

I listened in to an online seminar by Alexandra Pope called Menopause the Great Awakener, how to regain the dignity and power of this time in a woman's life, during which there was a guided meditation where you were to visualise your future self.
People reported seeing these wise women, reinvented, purposeful and comfortable in their own skin . but i saw a white haired stooped old lady wagging her finger at me, i dont think she was pleased.
