My darling Nana knitted a gowwywog for me when i was a wee tot... little did she know...and yes i used to suck my thumb. there are probably multiple allusions to political incorrectness here come to think of it !
@brigette i know how you feel its a bit of an uncomfortable image for me too, its just where my brain went. you are a bit younger than me so they probably faded from view!
