part of my morning routine now is doing stretches and lifting dumbbells to strengthen the muscles, plus wall push ups (as opposed to floor push ups) and plank exercises. then i go walk for an hour. couple this with a protein-rich no-carbs diet.

when i was young, i would exercise for aesthetic purposes, now it's for health. how our priorities change.
