Garden visitor

Spotted this beautiful Mistle (??) Thrush gathering nesting material from the plants in the pond. The sage was a bit in the way but was happy to catch it in action. Waiting for some friends who are coming round for a late lunch in the garden. Not sure how long they'll last, there's an icy wind out there.
Sadly I haven’t seen a thrush of any kind in our garden for a few years now. My nephew popping round this afternoon for a garden visit. Snow stopped and sun shining but it’s freezing out there! I have put big fleeces out there!

Lots of beauties hanging out on your garden wall. Great focus with the eye on you.
I was thinking about your photo from yesterday, it’s probably the look you were going for but have you ever tried snapseed “perspective” which allows you to straighten walls that look like they are leaning due to the camera lens?

Lovely visitor...I haven’t seen a thrush for years sadly. Enjoy your meet up...you need to wrap up warmly!

Lovely having a thrush around. I’m very sad we have no nesters here this year.

@judithg actually we were on the floor. Two of the brand new chairs collapsed on first use!

@yoland you can do this in photoshop too but you loose some of the frame due to the adjustment and in this case it was too much.
