Autumn Leaves

When I saw this carpet of leaves I couldn't resist capturing the wonderful colours, shapes and textures. The title reminds me of when I was vicar in Blackpool and one autumn I put on the church wayside pulpit, 'Autumn leaves; God doesn't!'

Love all the different colours Autumn brings. I sometimes miss that now we live in Australia, but I don't miss having to rake up the leaves though.

We have lots of trees in our garden, but because our trees are natives they don't lose their leaves in autumn.
