Did this HDR image with a wide angle lens and 3 bracketed exposures. I'm running into that situation again where I am away from home and posting from my laptop and I am amazed by how different the image looks than it did on my usual desktop screen. My lap top is not calibrated so I guess it is not that surprising that they are different but it always gets me wondering what we as viewers are actually seeing when we look at the pictures others have posted. IMO this looks a lot better on my desk top. Wonder how it looks to each of you.
Great shot, very light - I have same problem though, I edit on my laptop and think it looks great and then on the iPad or work computer it looks completely different!
It looks amazing on my ipad. AMAZING...... I edit on laptop, has v low resolution, on buildings I always get a ragged line..... But I plough on.... Always excited to see how things look once posted onto the site and then view on ipad but can never quite tell on my laptop when processing. Back to image it was an instant wow.
Colorwise it looks to me like spectrum of gray tones and textures, and some bright blue, emotionally it evokes a sense of spaciousness, longing, curiosity and a sense of adventure. Fav and follow :)
