An awesome capture. I get the impression from your photos that spring comes later where you are (it doesnât seem that long ago that you were still in the depths of winter) but once it arrives everything speeds up so that not only does everything catch up with us but it overtakes us. Your growing season is probably shorter than here .
@susiemc I think you are right about that. I get the feeling that in the UK spring is an actual season, here it is more a repeated stutter between winter and summer. Usually at some point in April, or early May, we get one or two clusters of days where the temperature shoots up into summer temperatures and pushes all the plants forward then it drops back into a cooler range. There is no such thing as a âspring wardrobeâ here. For a couple of months I keep my winter clothes out, overlapping with my spring clothes and every morning decide what to wear based on the weather forecast for that day.
