Decorated for Christmas?

Another one from my recent trip. Saw this house near the place we stayed in Virginia. At first glance I thought it was abandoned as it seems to be in rough shape and with one pane of a downstairs window broken. But, when my pictures were uploaded, I noticed that there are decorations around the door and a newish looking skylight installed. Guess I'll never know what is happening here.

that tree looks like it is moving in to envelope the building, it looks so old, but that modern Velluxwindow looks out of place. Wellspotted

I really like how you've processed the shot to fit the state of disrepair in this house. It's hard to tell if it was abandoned like this or it's actually still in use! Hmmm... Great shot!
