The snow in the trees is quite pretty but the snow on the ground is making it difficult for the birds to get to the seeds I put out. I do have a hanging feeder, which works well in this weather, but the poor jays are a bit big for it and have to twist themselves into a U to reach the opening while standing on the perch.
