After yesterdays relentless rain, high winds blew the clouds away, overnight, and we woke up to sunshine and a return of spring. My walk around the garden revealed this clump of alliums sending up lots of green shoots. Barring any unfortunate occurrences, these should turn into a crowd of small purple allium globe flowers in late May or early June
