Our suburb just passed a bylaw forbidding us from feeding any wildlife. There is an exception for song birds, but only for feeders that exclude other types of animals, and we are supposed to keep the areas under the feeders cleaned up, so as not to attract other creatures. But, if they don't want us to feed the bunnies, they'll have to get us to tear up our lawns and gardens because these guys seem quite capable of finding their own food in any green areas.
