Hmmm…. Didn’t realize it was poisonous to animals… Sugar dug ours up at the end of the season. It was in our large rectangular raised flower bed… next thing I noticed… the plants were all gone and Sugar was having a great time playing in the dirt in the planter.
Lantana blooms are very pretty. It’s always a conflict for me too but not due to the animals. It’s a noxious weed here and thousands are spent trying to eradicate it from national parks and bush land. Lovely shot though 😁
@kartia I did come across a quote in my search that said “the beautiful invader that’s silently choking our farmland and threatening our ecosystems…lantana camara.” I had not heard that before. I guess it matters where you live.
