Started with a nice steady 40kg (including the bar) then steadily worked up to a solid 140kg to finish off with, lovely 👍
P.s, I’m standing on two gym weight plates, to give me extra range of motion, as I lower the weights down!
📷A bit of messing about with focusing and recomposing, but got there in the end. The self timer certainly helped. Then a lovely monochrome conversion to finish off📷
