An apparently homeless man peers into a garbage can on High @ Bollinger in the Short North Arts District. I had a fairly good idea he was going to do this, as he looked into two others on the previous block but did not pick anything out of them. While I did not walk across the street to see if I could offer some help, I wondered what circumstances led to his behaviour...
