No boats going out today!

Wind, rain and cold - these boats were going nowhere! My last 2 weeks in Port Fairy have been sunny and wonderful, but not today. We were told at lunch it was 8 degrees but felt like 2 degrees with the wind chill. And that's what it felt like :)
