After we drugged up and rugged up on Tuesday, we went for a 2.3 km walk that was just behind our holiday unit. The rock formation along this path is amazing - as it is throughout The Grampians. My sister is actually there on the path :)
We are finally on the slow road to recovery but freezing days like today, 8 degrees, does nothing to help, so I'm still housebound!
Lovely rock formations. Good to be housebound at 8 degrees. The sun has finally shone today and it has been beautiful. I suspect that with clear skies that it will go pretty chilly tonight though.
Beautiful place for a walk! It looks as though the tree on the left is sparkling; there must be moisture on the leaves? I'm so sorry to read that you and your sister got so sick while on holiday. That's just not fair.
I knew so little about this amazing park, Denise, I googled it to learn more. What a remarkable place it is! There's always a lot of interesting history in Australia as well; fascinating! I'm glad to hear you'll be on the mend, but what a dreadful ordeal and the end to a holiday you'd looked forward to!
