In yesterday's photo many of you thought the shrike-thrush was well camouflaged - well, have a very close look at this photo! Yes, there is a stick insect on the tree :) Enjoy!

Gosh is it a stick insect !! thought it was just a twig --so well camouflaged ,I love the textures of the bark

Fabulous and well spotted. We had a huge stick insect like this in our garden a few weeks ago. David spotted it and came in to get his camera and when he went back out again could he buggery find it. ha ha.

Nice shot Denise.There was one here this am but Trigger decided he should play with it and it ended up with a leg missing before i could rescue it.
