"Old chook's day"

We were delighted to celebrate the up coming marriage of a work friend at a local winery on Saturday. The bride-to-be is 50 and many others of us are retired now, but the 2 "young ones" (35 yrs) planned a fun day, nominating themselves as matrons-of-honour for the day. It was truly a wonderful day, and now we can't wait for the wedding in 2 weeks.
