And they were his words! Angus was very excited when he found a rock that looked like a skull while we were out walking along the cliffs. I just love this age when their minds are like sponges soaking up so much information :)
Beautiful shot and a very nice day from the looks of it. Once my 5-year -old grandson heard a couple talking and he didn't understand the language. He turned to us and said "I think they are talking Chinese". So we asked him "How do you know they are talking Chinese" and he replied "I don't know." In fact they were talking in Spanish.
Oh this is so sweet. Reminds me of my daughter when she was two years old. She used to go off with a little hammer in her hand chipping off bits of rocks because David was interested in geology and she wanted to bring home specimens for him to look at.
That is JUST THE BEST!!! You couldn't have said it all better! Suddenly they're a wealth of enthusiasm and fascination, and aren't we lucky that they share it all with us?! Adorable, Denise!
When they were cute and small. Wish they could stay that age sometimes.
