My close encounter!

The callosities (white lumps) were so clearly visible on the whales head, because the whale was close to me on the shore line :)

I'd never guess this was a whale because apparently I don't really know what a whale looks like and because I keep seeing a giant octopus due to those callosities. That aside, this photo looks great with the black background. It really brings out the beautiful blue of the ocean and all the white water splashes.
