I never normally take selfies. I’m awful at it. The hair is a mess as we’d just come back from a walk on a windy day.
The glasses are my varifocals which I got just before Christmas. I have struggled with them and hardly worn them, mostly because they were loose and I always felt they were about to fall off. I went back to the optician yesterday and she has altered them for me. I feel that I must persevere with them!
I have ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses which will be ready in about a week. Looking forward to some bright weather to wear them.
Hello Gillian , lovely to see you , Like you I also hate taking selfies ! I have worn varifocals for years and have no trouble with them if the prescription and the fit is correct ! I hope we will have some bright weather soon so you can wear and benefit from your new prescription sun glasses !
Hello Gillian. It’s a good selfie. I actually like doing them but usually am disappointed with the results. I have, I hate to say, a pair of specs whose fit has always been a trouble!
