High Street by gillian1912

High Street

This is a shot of my local High Street in Watton, Norfolk, taken from outside Boots chemist. I walked down there this afternoon to go to the bank and had a few minutes to spare before catching a bus home.

The building on the left with a small green dome is a clock tower with a warning bell built after much of the High Street was destroyed by fire in the 17th century. A local man paid for the construction.
Definately no drought for East Anglia this year!!!

Great street scene. Nice to see the areas that other people live.
