My plan for 2023 is to use up some of my fabric stash rather than buying new things.
Today I finished making myself a new dressing gown. I had the sewing pattern and hunted through my fabric for something suitable. I decided on this peacock feather fabric which I bought a couple of years ago. Lovely soft, stretchy fabric but difficult to work with - it slipped about everywhere. I even considered omitting the navy piping but I persisted and I’m glad I did as I’m pleased with the finished result.
