Your "angry chair" is very floral, and has unnecessarily intricate wood detailing! That would drive me to distraction, and most likely to insanity!....and, do not torture any animals unless you agree on a safe word beforehand! ;-)

Well done you for giving up the fags. I can see it's not easy and can empathise as I have quit a few times. It's very hard. The last time I had help called champix. It's stops the nicotine receptors in your brain from attaching to the nicotine so you don't get a high from each drag. It's wonderful. You don't even want to smoke while you're taking it. I would highly recommend it if you fail by going col turkey. I gave up nearly 5 years ago but it wasn't soon enough. I now have mild Copd. I find it difficult to walk fast without getting out of breath. So be strong. I'm willing you on and so are many of your 365 friends!

@shepherdmanswife@graemestevens my girlfriend had unbelievable hallucinogenic dreams on Champix - she would regale us with them at netball - bloody hilarious - she had daffodils growing out of her knees in one - that sounds nice but what happened after not so much :)

Nothing useful to say. Addictions are tough cookies to be beat that's for sure. Keep going.....if you fall on your face you can get up again and try again and again and again....you know what I mean I'm sure.
@graemestevens so are you taking Champix at the moment or was that a previous attempt to quit? I had vivid dreams too but none were nightmares. I have night sweats now but that's the menopause! haha!
