I've always been a fan of "open plan" living and good indoor/outdoor flow but I can't help feeling that this is a bit extreme.
Obviously it's the same house as the other day, just from a slightly different angle. I considered it prudent to hide behind the flax bushes as the neighbours continued to hurl abuse in my general direction. I could tell that they had no grounding in the basic principles of grammar either as nearly all of their apostrophes, commas and exclamation marks were either in the wrong place or completely redundant. I did not point this out to them.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
@annied It's of vital importance to be grammatically correct - I just can't respect hooligans that aren't @ltodd Hiding on my knees behind the shrubbery didn't seem to be the right time for a long exposure shot...and thank you @jack4john Thank you very much - it's actually funny that you should that because of all the people that I know I'm one of my favourites for that very reason. And for being humble of course. @yeshanghai Thanks very much :) @lsanderson55 Thanks very much :) @ukandie1 Thanks very much - there's a myriad of things that can be accomplished when you're on your knees... @kerosene Thanks very much - I like to lurk in the shrubbery anyway @elytra Thank you so much, much appreciated :)
@golftragic Absolutely, it should fetch a small fortune on the open market... @harbie Thanks very much - the POV was enforced by aggressive neighbours... @hermann Thank you very much :)
I hope you'll forgive me if I go off-topic in this thread and comment on your photo: this one is the money shot. The low PoV, your use of the WA lens and the crisp processing all combine to make this something special... an easy Fav.
@aikiuser Thanks you very much :) @mindeater Thank you very much - I don't mind the occasional wall, if only to protect my modesty @vignouse You can go off topic all you like, and thank you very much, as always appreciated @kali66 It would do in a pinch @lsquared Thank you very much and yes, I have noticed that sometimes @vignouse can be quite astute
@vignouse@lsquared You could take issue with that. I should warn you that part of my job when we lived in the UK was "legal negotiation". I haven't had a good wrangle in a long time ;)
This is pretty amazing, indeed!! FAV!
We had a house sitting in that very same condition at the end of our block for a few years. It was part of a renovation/addition, and the owner after stripping the siding let it sit exposed to the elements while he redesigned and went through the Coastal Commission. It was quite a sight!
