Like a Fish Out.....

I went to the creek for some photos and just as I got out of the truck I was greeted by this! I am not sure why he was left behind

What a sad thing to see but a great shot, Katy. Did you toss it in the water or do something with it? I have seen a dead duck and dead birds at the park and took a photo of one bird but could not take one of the duck.

@grammyn speaking of dead things..remember my dead bird photo? I never picked that bird up off the deck. We never go out there in the winter and I forgot. . was on the deck today and the skeleton was up on the hand rail. Either dead birds can fly or a creature took it there to munch on it ..ugh

At least you honored him by documenting his tragic demise. I was SO tempted to stop on the side of the freeway to get a dead racoon that was right on the dividing line...but I was cutting it close already to make it to work on time!
