This is so cool, Katy. I love the colors you used and your processing. Have no idea what this is though. The top one actually looks like a hat but I highly doubt that is right.

It is a crack between the boards of our deck which is over the lower part of the house! you can see a porch light on the top and some of the bricks towards the bottom. All I did to the image was open it in Microsoft office Picture manager and in the enhance color option click on a portion of the brick which was supposed to be white. One click and this is what I got! Thanks again for your comments!
