LD Admires The First Bloom EVER

I have had this Christmas cactus for well over five years sitting on my kitchen window. Last year one of my sisters bragged hers had bloomed and I asked her how she got it to do that! She basically said neglect and water it seldom. Apparently that works because this is the first time EVER it has bloomed! LD is totally amazed to see it too!

Haha--love it! They are quirky plants. I gave mine to my neighbor when I moved but warned him it usually bloomed for Valentine's Day, not Christmas.

@marilyn If you look closely you will see his arm is fixed but Dr. Katydare lost the screw for his hand so he may be an amputee the rest his life! so far it hasn't bothered him much yet! Thanks for you kind comments!
