A song composed by Hoagy Carmichael in 1927 the year after my mother was born. She had a musical powderbox which sat on her dresser as I was growing up that played this tune. @lesip this is not leftover fabric it is a black background that I processed with some stickers of various stars ! It would make beautiful fabric though wouldn't it?!
@lesip truthfully my black background is a black velvet dress up dress that I use for almost all my black background poses so there is some fabric involved. It just isn't printed fabric.
I love music boxes too- I have one that was my mom's as well. It plays a classical piece the name of which is escaping me now! Cute set-up for Stardust!
I have not heard this tune before but it is very beautiful. It is so wonderful to have memories like this and they seem to be more powerful when we lose someone close.
