Dilemma

While most of the world is celebrating the up coming New Year with food and drink I am struggling with the thought of what to do with the leftovers I already have from the last celebration. Don't get me wrong, we have been steadily working on them but there seems to be much more than two people can possibly consume! It is against my principles to throw it away so I guess for a little while longer I will continue my creative menus to use it all up. Why couldn't my family have eaten more when they were here?!

Maybe you could put some in single serve plastic bags in the freezer for those busy days when you don't feel like cooking. Your refrigerator looks so nice and orderly even with all those left overs!

I was thinking the same thing as Ann...that is one organized fridge! And Ann's idea is very good. Put together several meals and freeze them for homemade tv dinners. Or, invite all your 365 friends over for dinner. That would work, too.
