... rain. Water is vital for all forms of life. Rain not only waters plants but provides drinking water for all animals in one way or another which is necessary to carry nutrients and oxygen to all the cells of the body. Up to 60% of the human body is water so rain fulfills an important function of supplying that essential requirement.
Some days my achy joints wish the rain would go away- but sometimes I also like listening to it on the roof top. A fisherman was telling me that this year the rain levels have been down everywhere so I think most of us are glad when it arrives- even if it might be a bit inconvenient. There's something peaceful about this shot- good catch!
