Work Shop. by grammyn

Work Shop.

I have a sewing room my husband has the garage which is his work shop. He has tons of tools to do all kinds of repairs to the house and cars.
This is the end of my roll of film. I enjoyed the challenge but have learned to like digital for its convenience so will probably not use film again for a while.

Kodak 35mm 400ISO
My husband would look at this and identify everything here .. truly a man cave thing. I can identify the extension cord . . BUT I can also say that this is a great comp of his work shop. :)

His workshop looks more organized than mine! I totally understand about the convenience of digital. I said I wouldn't let digital take me away from film but it's just so convenient that it has.

@hankinsphoto LOL! I only shot the organized portion! there is TONS not organized!
One of my flaws is I am impatient and digital feeds that so well! ;~}

Great final for your film project! I see a few things I can put a name to, but truly I would feel more comfortable in the sewing room... Marisa, however, would be much happier in this work room! :)

There is always time for taking shots with film. Love what you have done. You should take a shot of sewing cave

Cool shot, katy. Congrats on finishing the roll. I'd be hard pressed to shoot with film anymore when digital just offers so much! Kudos to you for doin it!

This looks a little like my husband's idea of a super time:-)

@peterdegraaff LOL! Actually I have taken a few close ups. I may get around to film again but I am not as skilled as you so it isn't as rewarding.

@debsphotos Thanks for the support, Debbie. I am sure if you did they would be every bit as magnificent as what you do with the digital!

My Dad's workshop is nowhere near as tidy as this one! Bravo for using film...I'm not sure I can go back to all the waiting etc etc

I want to try film too.

@ruthmouch I think it is a prerequisite that good work shops are messy. The neat ones never have anything done in them!

Thanks for the film comment. It was fun but needing to take 24 or more shots before you can see the first ones is definitely a drawback!

@maeva What is stopping you?
