When my parents were young, still going to college, and raising a family, my mother told my father she couldn't do it all by herself in the morning. She gave him the option of getting my sister and I dressed for day care or fixing breakfast so they could get to their classes on time. He chose breakfast and some sixty years later is still doing that every day except for the few times he has been in the hospital and couldn't.
