"Mr. Arch" is an artisan of orthotics. In a day of computerization he still works by hand making plaster molds of each client's feet and then puts layers of whatever it they use and then cover the whole orthotic in suade to ensure perfect fit and comfort. One of the last of the breed of hand artisans of this sort.
