Palms -defocused

I just learned of "defocusing" and thought I would try it...getting the subject in focus and then backing off a bit. Let me know what you think!
Dislike, I find oof images work best to accentuate bokeh

I like it. At first I thought it was deliberately taken at low speed on a windy day. Sometime in 2015 there was a technique challenge called blurism. This was achieved with the very idea you used here.

Not a fan. I find out of focus works when there is something of interest that is immediately obvious what it is ... people on the street, roads, etc.

I think the palm fronds lend themselves well to this technique. My only suggestion is to consider playing with the cropping/framing.
