Welcome to your new apartment. Maybe I'll be following in a few months if I decide to move back to Australia. I can't bear to think of the new President on the 20th.
I had to chuckle at the coincidence, Madeline: Your new apartment looks VERY familiar to me. My husband, Dan is an architect (until he retires very soon). One of his jobs is to monitor large construction projects for a local bank, visiting each site once a month and taking lots of photos for his reporting. I've been helping him with editing his photos. Your apartment complex is one of the projects he's been monitoring. He says he's pretty sure he's been in your apartment a couple of times. I'm sure I've seen it in his photos! So nice to know someone who will be living in them! I can hardly wait for the weather to get better so we can schedule a photo walk together! Welcome to Oregon!
@cathieg Too funny about the apt...it's the South Block apartments. Will let you know when we're in & we can plan a visit! Tnks for the facebook info; I'll definitely check it out!
