Chains, not sure of their purpose, at a gate that closes off the plank/walk down from the park to the river where the Willamette River steam-wheeler is docked, waiting for spring!
love the varying sizes of chain links and the different directions they take.. also really like the shapes within shapes, quite complex.. that's a fine sky/clouds for the chains to cross over, too.. well spotted..
