I am in danger of coming across as something of an alcoholic based on recent photos.
This is a shot of some of the 45 bottles of cider that I bottled up today. It is made entirely from apples out of our garden, and is our first attempt at cider. I am sad to say that I am not really a cider drinker myself, but I have sampled it, and it seems quite drinkable to me.
Fortunately, by syphoning this lot off into bottles I have freed up the space to get some brown ale on the go. Again, my first attempt at a beer, but one that I am more likely to enjoy.
