I am still not completely sure whether I like this shot or not. It is pretty much shot as I intended, with focus on the net and Sam and the ball in the background, but I think it may look poorly focused. I nearly deleted, but couldn't bring myself to, and now it stays! After much deliberation I even selected it for today's photo.
What do you think? Was I right to keep or should I have deleted?
I think it's great as it is - your eye is led to the net but you quite quickly look to Sam and the ball third - a nice triangular sweep. Focus on Sam is sharp enough to know its him and to see the concentration and enjoyment, I think it works well. i think you need a new net though.
