As is tradition, we set ourselves a holiday daily photo challenge. Today was senses and I was given "sound".
We started the day with a visit to Buckfast Abbey, home of Brother Adams and the famous Buckfast Bee. The weather was not great, with intermittant rain. As the weather improved we headed back to Saltram where we were supposed to be taking Sam to an outdoor play, but it was cancelled due to the weather.
We had a look around the Georgian house anyway. And in it I found a large dinner gong, which I hsve chosen to represent 'sound'
@mariadarby It is a few of effects: some radial 'swirl', and some course 'grain' on one layer, and then some sharp background painted through from a second layer with a slight vignette overall. I was trying to get it to look like noise (like the "shatter' font or similar, but failed miserably. This is the best of several failed attempts.
