Doodle a day #54: My battery drill. Today we final finished re-insulating the loft. It should help make the house nice and cosy.
Just ready for summer! :-/
Over some weeks we have lifted all the existing boarding; fitted stilts; put down an extra 200mm of insulation; re-routed lighting cables; refitted (or replaced) boarding. All this whilst having to shift tons of junk that has been stashed up there for indefinate storage. It is now all covered with 300mm or more of insulation, up from the previous 100mm (or in a few places 0mm).
The old drill had a massive workout, mostly removing and replacing screws.
