Doodle a day #111: What a day! Ben was not well, after having been off colour for the last few days, but he struggled on to do an Easter trail to get eggs and gifts etc. But after his temperature kept rising Jan took him to MIU, who told her to take him straight to A&E. Redditch A&E said he needed minor surgery but have no paediatric dept so sent them to Worcester. He was admitted and had surgery at about midnight. Jan stayed with him over night.
Meanwhile, Ben was supposed to go to see Miles Hunt, Ned's Atomic Dustbin and Pop Will Eat Itself on their Love From Stourbridge 2019 tour in Birmingham with me this evening. When he fell ill we had arranged for Jan to go in his place.
It ended with me going to on my own - Billy no mates. I missed my gigging buddy. :-(
After a manic night I got home at about 11:45 and quickly did a doodle of the PWEI just before midnight to keep my 100% doodle-a-day 2019 record in tact.
