I'm just passing through to say thank you to everyone for their most kind comments on my 365th post. I made the right decision for now and have been relieved not to have had to worry about the project as I try to get deadlines met before going away. However, earlier this week I just had to grab the opportunity for a few shots along my beloved Embankment route to work - and it felt good to have the camera out of my pocket again.
Greetings to you all friends - my reward if I get on well with all my tasks over the weekend, will be to spend a little time catching up with a few of your photos.
such a beautiful scene Helen. I love the lamp posts fading off into the distance and the amazing Autumn colours. sounds like you have made the right decision. When you have lots to do it can take the fun out of taking photos so just pop in when you can and return when you feel its right. fav from me
This is such a lovely image. I shall miss seeing you, but do appreciate that we must each do things which make our lives more joyful...or at least less stressful.
